A bit of a bonus

Since I got this ruddy job which involves working every other Saturday it means I can only do a parkrun every fortnight. I was therefore rather delighted to find that I was working in King’s Lynn today which just happens to be the location of my home parkrun! Hopefully my employers didn’t notice that I went missing for roughly an hour giving me just enough time to do a warm up and then the three laps that is King’s Lynn parkrun. Didn’t stop for coffee though, quick change back into working clothes and hopefully nobody any the wiser and Janathon is still on track – result!

Starting to struggle a bit for new sheep of the day pictures, might have to look back through the archives for future posts but for now I give you two more pictures of my beautiful little spice girls!

About JovialGnome

Heavily into running 20 years ago with a PB of 1.42.00 in the Shrewsbury Half Marathon in 1985 and 3.48.49 in the Telford Marathon in 1986 - then for some reason I just stopped and have done little or no physical exercise between then and 2 or 3 years ago! I've now moved to Boston in Lincolnshire where I really enjoy looking after my 13 Ryeland ewes and 1 ram and am rejoicing in the distinct lack of hills! I suspect that sub 4 hour marathons are gone forever but hey, I'm having a great time trying!
