Peterborough parkrun

Was my Janathon effort for today which I did in 30.25 and given that it was raining hard and blowing a hoolie I’ve got to be happy with that! 🙂

Guess the Sheep, who is this formidable lady with a Roman nose and no clothes on?

Is it a) Minerva McGonagall or b) Molly Weasley or c) Sybil Trelawney?

The answer to the picture posted on 3rd

Image 18

is c) Luna Lovegood (born 7th February 2012) who is every bit as dippy (but lovely with it!) as her namesake in Harry Potter and who is mother to Neville Longbottom who will be appearing in “Guess the Sheep” at a later date! The only people to guess correctly were grethic and TravellingHopefully but don’t let that put you off, there’s still plenty of time to win you very own sheep! 🙂

About JovialGnome

Heavily into running 20 years ago with a PB of 1.42.00 in the Shrewsbury Half Marathon in 1985 and 3.48.49 in the Telford Marathon in 1986 - then for some reason I just stopped and have done little or no physical exercise between then and 2 or 3 years ago! I've now moved to Boston in Lincolnshire where I really enjoy looking after my 13 Ryeland ewes and 1 ram and am rejoicing in the distinct lack of hills! I suspect that sub 4 hour marathons are gone forever but hey, I'm having a great time trying!
